If your dog is unwell or you think it’s an emergency, contact your vet or an emergency clinic straight away — PawMe can’t give medical advice.
Signing in
PawMe uses Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google — there’s no PawMe password. If your records seem to be missing, check that you signed in with the same option you used before: an Apple account and a Google account are two separate PawMe accounts.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Settings (the gear on Today) → Delete account and confirm. Your account, your dogs, records, walks, memories, photos and documents are deleted permanently. If you can’t open the app, email privacy@pawme.io from the address on your account.
Getting a copy of your data
Sign in at app.pawme.io and open Settings → Export my data to download everything PawMe holds about you. See the Privacy Policy for your rights.
Walks and GPS
Tap Start to begin a walk. PawMe measures time, distance and steps and draws the route outline — it keeps measuring with your phone locked, only until you pause or end the walk. If distance stays at zero, check that location is allowed for PawMe (“While using the app”) in your phone’s settings. Off-leash only where it’s safe and allowed.
Reminders and notifications
Turn notifications on in Settings → Notifications in the app, and allow them for PawMe in your phone’s settings. Reminders are set per dog in Reminders or in Records → Medications.
The Treat Jar
Treats have no cash value and are not used for purchases.
