By creating an account or using PawMe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app.
What PawMe is — and is not
PawMe helps you organize your dog’s care, records, walks, and memories. It is not a veterinarian, a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for professional advice. Always consult a qualified vet for medical decisions.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PawMe.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your device and sign-in secure, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
- Use PawMe for your own dogs’ care.
- Don’t attempt to access other households’ data or disrupt the service.
- Don’t upload unlawful content or infringe others’ rights.
- Don’t misuse, probe, or reverse-engineer the service’s security.
The Treat Jar
Treats are a light, emotional reinforcement feature only. They are not money, cannot be redeemed, purchased, or transferred, and have no value outside the app.
Your content
Your dogs’ records, photos, and memories are yours. You grant PawMe only the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you in order to operate the app. We don’t claim ownership of it.
Investment information
PawMe intends to run a community funding round on Republic under Regulation Crowdfunding. Nothing in these terms or on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities. Any investment will be made only through the official offering materials on Republic, and involves risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment.
Disclaimers
PawMe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We work hard to keep it reliable but don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. We’ll post changes here and update the date above; significant changes will be surfaced in the app.
Governing law
The governing law and venue will be specified in the published version.
